After the release of his solo self-titled album in early 2021, John Depew wanted a way to play shows while following the restrictions due to Covid-19. A Spring Porch Tour of private backyards, patios, and front steps was the answer. Friends, family and fans were all more than happy to welcome live music back into their lives and embraced the idea with enthusiasm. John was able to play multiple shows a week and kept busy through the spring, and as restrictions opened up, so did his area and size of crowds. Moving forward, he has kept the porch show format and taken it across the Midwest and Rockies and into the Northwest.
